Due to the personalized nature of our skincare formulations, Biologique Recherche accepts returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. We ensure the highest standards of hygiene and efficacy by only accepting items in their original, tamper-evident packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our Concierge Service via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes and include a copy of your invoice to ensure prompt processing upon arrival at our facility.

  Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

  Refund Processing

  Once our laboratory verifies the condition of the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
